Hydrogenium PSA has signed an investment agreement with Inno-Gene S.A. and enters New Connect through a reverse takeover (RTO).

Hydrogenium, together with the Gas Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv, is conducting preliminary work on the construction of a pilot plant (with a capacity of 100 kg of biomass/hour) for biomass processing.
